Recruitment Specifications & Criteria
1. Junior Commissioned Officers (Naib Khatib)
Educational Qualification:

Dars-e-Nizami degree from a religious seminary verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Minimum Intermediate (F.A / F.Sc) or equivalent.

Proficiency in spoken Arabic, Qirat (Quranic recitation), and Hifz (memorization) will be considered additional qualifications.

Age & Height:

Age: 20 to 28 years as of November 24, 2026.

Height: Minimum 5 feet 3 inches (160 cm).

In-Service Personnel: For candidates already serving in the military, the age limit is 22 to 35 years with 1 to 16 years of service.

2. Soldier General Duty / Soldier Driver / Soldier Military Police
Educational Qualification:

Matriculation (10th Grade) or higher.

Minimum Middle pass for candidates from merged districts of Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and children of martyrs (Shuhada).

Height:

Minimum 5 feet 6 inches (167.5 cm). (Note: Soldier Military Police height requirement specified separately below).

3. Soldier Clerk
Educational Qualification:

Intermediate (12th Grade) with 'C' Grade or higher.

Minimum Intermediate with 'D' Grade for candidates from Balochistan, merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Preference will be given to higher educated candidates and computer diploma holders.

Height:

Minimum 5 feet 3 inches (160 cm).

4. Soldier Cook
Educational Qualification:

Middle pass (8th Grade) or higher.

Height:

Minimum 5 feet 3 inches (160 cm).

Preference:

Preference will be given to candidates with cooking experience.

5. Sanitary Worker
Educational Qualification:

Uneducated / Illiterate (Maximum Primary education).

Age & Height:

Age: 17.5 to 35 years.

Height: Minimum 5 feet 3 inches (160 cm). (Typo corrected from 167.5 cm to standard 5'3" conversion).

6. Minority Quota
Educational Qualification:

A specific quota has been allocated for minorities.

Age & Height Criteria:

As per the requirements of the respective trade.

7. Soldier Military Police
Educational Qualification:

Minimum Matriculation or higher.

Height:

Minimum 5 feet 8 inches (173 cm).

8. Soldier Technical Trade
Educational Qualification:

Minimum Matriculation in Science with 'C' Grade. Higher educated candidates will be preferred.

Height:

Minimum 5 feet 6 inches (167.5 cm).
