Education:
Minimum 14 years of education from HEC recognized institutions.
Experience :
Proficiency in use of IT equipment (Computer/Tablets).
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in PSER Door-to-Door Surveys or any other large scale HH survey Project.
Candidates possessing a Master's degree and PSER Door-to-Door Survey experience (FCT based) will be awarded bonus marks.
Only candidates meeting the required standards of performance, accuracy, integrity, and professionalism will be shortlisted.
Preference shall be given to candidates holding domicile of the relevant district
Job Responsibilities
Conduct household surveys and collect data within assigned areas as per project timelines and KPIs.
Carry out face-to-face interviews using structured questionnaires and digital data collection tools.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and regular synchronization of collected data.
Re-survey, edit, and verify household survey data collected through the PSER survey in accordance with prescribed guidelines and SOPs
Identify and rectify incomplete, inconsistent, duplicate, or erroneous records to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Maintain confidentiality and security of survey data at all times.
Report data discrepancies, technical issues, and editing progress to the Supervisor on a regular basis.
Perform any other data verification and quality assurance tasks assigned by the management.
