PERA is inviting applications from highly motivated and competent professionals for the following positions:

Job Specifications
Post Name: Sergeant (BS-07)

Total Positions: 1010

Salary & Allowances: BS-07 + PERA Special Allowance (which shall not be admissible during the training period).

Prescribed Qualification: Intermediate from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.

Age Limit: 18 to 26 years.

Domicile: Relevant districts of Punjab (Merit shall be calculated on the basis of District Cadre).

Proposed Place of Posting: Anywhere in Punjab (preferably within the concerned District).

Physical Standards
For Males:
BMI: 27 or below.

Height: Minimum 173 cm without shoes (approx. 5' 8").

Running: 1 mile (1.6 km) within a qualifying minimum of 7 minutes.

Chest Measurement:

Non-Expanded: 32"

Expanded: 34" or above (Minimum 2 inches expansion is mandatory).

For Females:
BMI: 27 or below.

Height: Minimum 162 cm without shoes (approx. 5' 4").

Running: 1 mile within a qualifying minimum of 11 minutes.

Chest Measurement: N/A (Not Applicable).

Eyesight (For both Male and Female):
6/6 with glasses. Color blind individuals are ineligible.
