As of February 2026, the Chairman of the Special Committee of the Parliament on Kashmir (Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir) is Rana Muhammad Qasim Noon.
He is a Member of the National Assembly (MNA) from the PML-N party (NA-153) and has held this position since taking charge on February 20, 2024. He has also been accorded the status of a Federal Minister.
